Red sweater: finished!

Julian's red sweater is done!

Details: 2 skeins Brown Sheep Cotton Fleece, color Salmon Berry Red. Size 7 and 5 needles. Pattern: Knitting Pure & Simple top-down raglan, with ribbing instead of rolled edges and a few stitches added to make up for the smaller gauge. It fits perfectly and is super-cute! It took a little while, though, so I'll be using a thicker yarn for any future baby patterns. (Any recommendations? Cashmerino aran would be ideal if it weren't so expensive.)

I'm still working on the Monkey socks and I'm thinking about casting on a simple cardigan for myself... first there will be swatching, though.

Say, he looks pretty good in red!

And now he needs some socks to match. ;-)
